Tasting notes
RS way below 2 g/l and pH way below 3! Richer nose than the Springvale bottling. Very tense and with lots of dry extract but a certain amount of richness in a super-dry way. So brisk and long. Australia's Clos Ste Hune? (JR)

The 2013 Polish Hill Riesling flaunts lovely lemongrass, lime leaves and orange blossom aromas highlighted by hints of crushed stones and white pepper. Light-bodied, dry and very tightly knit at this youthful stage, it has a very crisp acid line carrying the intense flavors through to a long finish. Drink it now to 2025+. 33rd vintage. Ripe, succulent, very very bright and compact fruit. Like an over-packed suitcase – the flavour is just waiting to burst out. Needs a good deal of time. A tangible, undeniable mineral character here – slate, granite. (RH)
