Very ripe peach aroma brightened by a stony element. Pliant and sweet in the mouth, offering a very ripe peach flavor and a hint of alcoholic warmth without going over the top. Not as minerally as the Rougeot, and for earlier drinking. Fat and superripe but quite dry.

Aromatic, finely scented – lovely sparkling fruit – almost like a sherbet bonbon that explodes in the mouth. Very clean and clear with a long, chalky finish although not heavy. Quite ethereal. (JR)
