From The Purple Notebook – Bill Baker’s Dinner at the Blueprint Cafe. Very full and floral. Slightly low acid. Much less reductive than usual. Great wine. (The Corton-Charlemagne 1997 at Bill’s memorial dinner was even more concentrated – this was clearly a very successful vintage for Coche-Dury.) (JR)
