Good medium red. Nuanced aromas of cherry, redcurrant, iron, smoke and mint. Supple on the palate, with fresh red fruit and mint flavors and a restrained sweetness. In a drier style than the 2002, but not at all hard or overly tannic.

Good deep red. Somewhat sauvage aromas of red berries, leather, iron, smoke and earth. Supple, smooth and sweet, with fresh framing acidity. Finishes with chocolatey tannins and good vivacity.
