Score 86/100 · Drink 2024-2028, Neal Martin, Apr 2024

The 1994 Lynch Moussas has a light raspberry and wild hedgerow nose, simple but pretty. Forest floor scents emerge with time. The palate is medium-bodied with a ferrous opening and sharp red fruit. It's not long, though it has charm. It is old-school claret from start to finish, and in that respect, it fulfills its task. Tasted at the château.

Score 82/100 · Drink 1997-2004, Robert Parker, Feb 1997

This property is attempting to produce more interesting wines, which is evidenced by the 1995. A palatable effort, this deep ruby-colored wine exhibits a sweet, ripe redcurrant, cedar, herb, and spice-scented bouquet. Medium-bodied, soft, and fruity, this is a cleanly made, straightforward Pauillac to drink over the next 7 years.
