Cru Bourgeois. Not a bad price... Well selected from this vintage with structure and some fruit in the middle. GV (JR)

55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot. Modern, ripe, toasty. Firm but drinkable structure. Good balance – has just enough weight. Smoky finish. (RH)

Cru Bourgeois. Sample taken on 22 March 2012 so it has been in the bottle a while. Dark cherry crimson. Not terribly expressive – some dark lightly dusty fruit on the nose. Pretty lean on the palate, making the tannins taste rather dry. (JH)
