Tasting notes
The 2011 Dolcetto d'Alba is quite rich and textured in this vintage, but nevertheless has plenty of varietal character. This mouthfilling, juicy Dolcetto is an excellent choice for drinking over the next few years. Blueberries, spices and licorice wrap around the intense finish.

This mouthfilling, juicy Dolcetto is an excellent choice for drinking over the next few years. Blueberries, spices and licorice wrap around the intense finish. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2014. This is a terrific set of new releases from Prunotto. In particular, this year I was impressed with the quality and consistency of the entry-level offerings. Importer: Ste.
