Score 87/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Mar 2008
Medium red. Musky aromas of strawberry and game. Lively pinot fruit and game are currently overshadowed by a strong spine of acidity, which gives the middle palate a slightly streak quality. Finishes with dusty, slightly dry-edged tannins and some unabsorbed acidity.
