Wonderful granitic nose with opulent floral scent as well. Proper tertiary development here: cedar, graphite, and definite animal brettiness that is a traditional signature for so many bordeaux. (RH)

Tasted blind. Intense and voluptuous. Round and fresh and very flattering. Biscuity. Lots of both fruit and tannin but perhaps not that much subtlety. Very Graves. GV (JR)

Dark purple. Meaty, toasty nose. Polished but a bit sickly and chocolatey. Very dry finish. (JR)
