Score 90/100 · Drink 2012-2019, Jay S Miller, Wine Advocate, Dec 2011

The purple-colored 2007 Dona Bernarda is made up of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah, 10% Carmenere, and 10% Petit Verdot aged for 18 months in new French oak. It offers up an initially reticent nose of spice box, lavender, incense, black cherry, and blackberry leading to a medium-bodied, layered, concentrated, nicely proportioned Blend that is likely to evolve for 1-2 years and drink well through 2019.
