Score 89/100 · Drink 2013-2016, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Aug 2013

The 2011 St Aubin 1er Cru Sentier du Clou is noticeably pale in color. It offers light, tart red cherries on the nose with touches of raspberry leaf and a distinguishable burnt match scent. The palate is nicely balanced with a pleasing sweet entry at the front of the mouth. The tannins are finer than the 2010, and though this does not constitute a complex St. Aubin, it is elegant and delightfully fresh. Drink now-2016. No known American importer.
