Tasting notes
A weak blackcurrant nose with black, smoky fruit. Quite high acidity with a jammy black core. A reasonably good effort except the mid-palate is a little hollow and fades quite quickly. O.K. Tasted March 2000. (No tasting note was provided in Issue 128. We have instead included the text of the tasting note from the 2000 Neal Martin’s Wine Journal)
