Mid-pale ruby. Intense nose, with red cherries and undergrowth. Fresh acidity and light, elegant tannins. Elegant with evident concentration. Quite a start. (MH)

Rich nose and much more open than of old though there’s a little oak still in evidence. Just a tad bitter on the end and very dry finish. Not for Beaune fans! (JR)

The 2021 Nuits Saint-Georges Village has a tertiary, slightly mulchy bouquet that unfolds in the glass and gains delineation. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, very fresh, a little attenuation towards the finish but it should give several years of drinking pleasure.
