Tasting notes
Fully mature for some time, although lighter than the 1982, this wine is an elegant L'Arrosee with notes of dried herbs, mineral, sweet cherries, and an almost floral note. Again, it comes close to an almost Burgundian style, with medium body, a nice, expansive texture, and a bit of dryness beginning to creep into the finish. Drink it over the next 4-5 years. Anticipated maturity: Now-2006. Last tasted, 12/01.
