1988 Giuseppe Rinaldi Barolo Brunate Riserva

This old style Barolo will be adored by consumers who love the style of Giacomo Conterno and Bartolo Mascarello. It possesses the huge, truffle, earthy, smoked nut, black fruit-scented nose that one either adores or finds slightly dirty. A huge, full-bodied wine, it has mouthfilling, glycerin-dominated, rich, chewy, sweet flavors, surprisingly suppleness, and a massive finish with gobs of fruit and equally impressive tannin levels.
