Tasting notes
Lemon curd, apple juice, runny honey and any sweetness is swiftly swept up by the acid. Finishes with tangy grapefruit complexity. (RH)

This one is already bottled and released. F ruit from Kirchspiel and AbtsE. Back to pure fruit after the savoury intensity of G-Max and Morstein: ripe green fruits, creamy citrus, creamy like tangy lemon curd. With air, more smoky, but with the sweetness of a Kabinett wine, the fruit is highlighted. Fruity yet stony. Generous and fresh at the same time. An intense Kabinett with excellent balance even with very high acidity. Needs time to become less primary. (JH)
