Score 87-89/100 · Drink 2013-2021, Robert Parker, May 2011
Always a well-made effort, La Fleur de Jaugue’s 2010 reveals more structure and tannin than is normally found in this juicy, savory St.-Emilion. Its dark ruby/purple color is accompanied by intense aromas of kirsch liqueur, licorice and loamy soil. Medium-bodied, elegant, pure and endearing, it should drink nicely for 7-10 years.
