Tasting notes
Coming from older vines, the 2018 Pinot Noir Old Guard has more forest floor and stemmy notes as well as darker fruits, smoked earth, and violets along with a kiss of background oak. Medium bodied, beautifully textured, and elegant on the palate, it's another age-worthy release from this estate.

The 2018 Pinot Noir Old Guard is a total stunner. Bright acids, beams of tannin and lovely aromatic top notes from the whole clusters all give the Old Guard its distinctive feel and personality. Red berry fruit, chalk, sage, mint, white pepper and blood orange develop in the glass, adding myriad shades of dimension.
