The 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon Cyril Henschke (65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 15% Merlot) exhibits a Bordeaux-like austerity as well as aromas and flavors of tobacco smoke, licorice, spice box, red currants, black currants, and sweet cherries.
