More mature yet still classic in every sense, the 1973 Cabernet Sauvignon Monte Bello offers a sweet nose that includes plenty of cherry and currant fruits, green tobacco, wood smoke, and cedar. This medium-bodied, silky, lightly textured beauty is classy and best drunk up.
