Pale, bright yellow. White peach, minerals and gingerbread on the sexy nose. At once rich and dry, with a strong saline minerality giving a lipsmacking freshness to the lemony fruit. This very smooth, fine-grained wine finishes dry, subtle and quite long, with a flavor of underripe pineapple lingering on the aftertaste. An excellent village wine.
