Tasting notes
With its expressive aromas of peonies, rose petal, dried Mediterranean herbs, cherries and black raspberries, the 2016 Zinfandel Turley Estate is one of the most fragrant and perfumed wines in the range. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, juicy and supple, with a sweet core of fruit, melting tannins and a long finish.

The 2016 Zinfandel Turley Estate is bold, ripe and powerful in this vintage. Hints of cedar, tobacco and dried flowers add character, but the Turley Estate is mostly a wine of volume and textural intensity. Wild cherry, kirsch and new leather develop in the glass later. The estate is a decidedly super-ripe, flamboyant wine with all of its elements in the right place. There is a real feeling of palate weight and intensity here.
