2013 Oddero Barolo Villero

Castiglione Falletto. Cask sample. Tasted blind. Mid ruby with bright orange tinges. Fragrant, sweet strawberry fruit nose. Bags of sweetly concentrated fruit on the palate, as if it was late harvested. Gorgeous grainy tannins temper the almost rich fruit. Future! (WS)
