2023 Marcel Lapierre - Camille

The 2023 Morgon Cuvée Camille, tasted from barrel, is full of CO2 that will decrease weekly until bottling in July. The nose is difficult to assess, though the palate already displays lovely red cherry and crushed strawberry fruit, fine delineation and a crunchy, spicy finish. There’s great potential here, but I will wait until bottling to assess this.
