Tasting notes
The NV Champagne Reserve Exclusive Brut Rosé is based on 2022 with reserve wine from 2019 and contains 20% red wine. A blend of 45% Pinot Noir, 45% Meunier, and 10% Chardonnay. It’s aged for two and a half years. Sporting a deeper pink/salmon hue, it’s highly distinctive wine, with wet stones, citrus rind, grapefruit, candied fruit, and raspberries defining the profile. Medium-bodied, it’s clean and easy to enjoy. You can sense the freshness it offers, with a nice level of tension, making it perfect for near-term drinking and an excellent aperitif. The mousse is fine and lightly peppery, with a pleasing saltiness. 8 grams per liter dosage. Based in Chouilly, all of the wines from Nicolas Feuillatte are raised in stainless steel vats, and oak is only used for the liqueur de tirage.

Bottle weight 835 g. 45% Pinot Noir, 45% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay. Aged on the less for 24 months. RS 7 g/l. Available in 329 stores. OK for the money in champagne terms. Not aggressively acidic or astringent, but not exciting. (JR)
The latest rendition of Feuillatte's NV Brut Réserve Exclusive Rosé offers up inviting aromas of peach, raspberries and cherry pits, followed by a medium to full-bodied, pillowy and seamless palate that's charming and demonstrative. This will drink well young.
Darker color rosé with lots of cranberry and strawberry flavors. Yet, it remains fresh and vivid. Full body. Creamy texture and a flavorful finish. Drink now.
