Tasting notes
Originating from Knights Valley, Morlet's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Mon Chevalier combines slightly herbal shadings with distinct cassis fruit framed by bold cedary notes. It's medium to full-bodied, supple, creamy-textured and lush, with a touch of dark chocolate creeping in on the long, softly dusty finish.

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Mon Chevalier is as pure and classy as they come, with lots of cassis and black raspberry styled fruit as well as new leather, dried herbs, and some obvious minerality. Coming from Knights Valley in Sonoma, it’s full-bodied, stunningly textured, has building tannins, and loads of opulence and baby fat. Give it a few years.
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Mon Chevalier offers up all the classic Knights Valley notes of shaved pencil, graphite, spice, cured meats, rose petal and licorice. A long, persistent finish rounds things out beautifully. This regal, sophisticated Cabernet is a total knock-out.
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Mon Chevalier is a rich, voluminous wine built on textural resonance. Plush and silky, with fabulous depth, the 2019 is a total charmer. I would give it a few years to shed some baby fat. It's super impressive today.
