This is much creamier and more thoroughly ripe in character than the above. Redcurrant and cherry flesh are in the forefront of a major assault of fruit and minerals. Bits and pickings of Kabinett and Spätlese ripeness, including some of the best parts of Oberhäuser Felsenberg and Norheimer Kirscheck, were incorporated in the crush here, not blended together later. No chaptalization was necessary.
