Date of harvest 1-3 Nov, yield 37.6 hl/ha, number of bottles 4,250 Light golden shade; ripe apple, kerosene, a hint of honey and butterscotch on the nose; ripe apple and grapefruit are just part of a bigger and complex picture; full-bodied and with a smooth, velvety texture it ends up with an almost chewy minerality and exceptional length.
