Tasting notes
The magnificent 2013 Vacqueyras defies the challenging growing season and turns it into a detailed, alluringly perfumed red in a perfect drinking spot. Candied red cherry, orange rind, stemmy tones, crushed flowers and herbal nuances frame the enticing aromatic profile. Medium to full-bodied and silky-textured, the 2013 is elegant to the core and will continue to dazzle for at least five more years.

Utterly bewitching on the nose. There is magic in here. Lots of raspberry, cranberry and strawberry, lots of earth, farmyard and olive. Lots of lots of things, really. In a class of its own. (RH)
About the producer

Domaine des Tours is a separate label to Ch. des Tours, however both ranges are made at the same Vacqueyras property. Part of the Rayas galaxy and made by Emmanuel Reynaud, the wines are a source of great value and offer a glimpse of the Rayas style.
