Score 90/100 · Drink 2025-2030, Audrey Frick, jebdunnuck.com, Dec 2025

The NV Champagne Grand Cru Blanc De Blancs Delos Brut has slightly more fruitiness compared to the Extra Brut on the nose, with notes of powdery fresh flowers and linen, lemon sherbet, and fresh yellow apples. The fruitiness continues onto the palate and offers broad enjoyment, with a bit of added juiciness. It is well-suited for drinking in the near term and features a delicate mousse. Drink 2025-2030.

Crisp and delicious with sliced-apple, lemon, jasmine and lychee character on both the nose and palate. Medium-bodied. Medium fruit with a subtle candied-apple and lemon aftertaste. Three years on the lees. 100% chardonnay. Dosage 7 g/L. Disgorged February 2025.

The NV (2017) Brut Blanc de Blancs Delos Grand Cru is effusive, bright and focused. The added dosage in the Brut version versus the Extra Brut lends texture and resonance while enhancing all the orchard fruit, citrus and floral flavors. Ample and broad, with notable depth, the Brut is a pure and total delight. Disgorged: May, 2021. (AG)

Derived entirely from the 2015 vintage and disgorged with seven grams per liter dosage in April last year, the latest rendition of Moncuit's NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is very successful, wafting from the glass with notes of lemon oil, green apple, wheat toast and fresh peach, followed by a medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural palate that's quite fruit-driven this year, with a broad attack, an open-knit but nicely incisive core and a precise finish. The year has lent the wine an unusually extroverted personality, but it remains true to its roots.
