Tasting notes
A smoking value that delivers the goods, the 2017 Bourgogne Blanc is a medium-bodied, juicy, balanced white that has pretty notes of white flowers, honeysuckle, and a touch of minerality. It’s not terribly long or complex, but has terrific purity, notable balance, and is just a beautiful white geared for drinking over the coming 2-4 years.

Boillot's 2017 Bourgogne Blanc bursts with pretty aromas of peaches, citrus blossom and beeswax. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, broad and fleshy, with a generous core of fruit balanced by bright acids, concluding with a nicely precise finish. This is a charming and very well made Bourgogne Blanc that makes for a great introduction to the house style. What's more, I suspect it will be even better with a couple of years of bottle age.
