A blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Francesa, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Cão, Tinta Amarela. Fermented cool with light extraction and unwooded. RS 80 g/l. Bright candy pink. And smells a little like red-fruited cough linctus. Tasting it only lightly chilled, this seems very sweet so I would suggest drinking it much cooler. It's rounded, with barely any tannins but just enough to take the edge off the sweetness, along with reasonable acidity. The back label suggests using it as a cocktail base or with ice or as a spritzer. Sounds about right. (JH)

97g/l RS, 4.2g/l TA. Raspberry juice, bubblegum, pink apples and fresh strawberries. Sweet and full on the palate, good concentration. Well balanced and smooth, creamy texture with a mouthwatering burst of fruit on the finish. Very good, not massively complex but a worthy product. (RH)
