Linear and tight with pretty blackberry and currant aromas and flavors and some chocolate and walnut undertones. Itâs full and compressed with a bright, vivid finish. Pretty combination of ripe fruit and firm, integrated tannins. Drink or hold.

The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Dollarhide Estate Vineyard Elevation has already been bottled. Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, it gives up pronounced cassis, warm black plums and baked cherries scents with touches of wild sage, cedar chest, pencil lead and black earth scents plus a hint of black olives. Medium to full-bodied, the palate gives a firm, chewy texture and loads of uplifting freshness supporting the black fruit preserves flavors, finishing long and herbal laced.
