All seven of the Williams Selyem whites I tasted for this report were thin, watery and lacking in vineyard signatures.

The 2018 Chardonnay Estate Vineyard is scented of red apples, beeswax and almonds with top notes of crushed shell and white flowers. The palate is light-bodied and gently rounded with pure fruit expression and addicting freshness, finishing long and floral.
