Mid crimson with lots of shading. Bright fruit. Very pointu . Finishes quite suddenly. Difficult to judge at this very reduced point in its life. (JR)

Good dark red. Complex, soil-inflected nose offers strawberry, raspberry, mocha, minerals and pepper. Youthfully imploded compared to the village Chambolle, with juicy acidity and a suggestion of citrus peel bitterness keeping the primary fruit flavors under wraps today. Finishes with firm tannins, a lingering peppery quality and noteworthy persistence.
