Robert Parker
I did not have an opportunity to retaste this wine, but it was one of the worst wines of the vintage. Moreover, Pape Clement had some contamination in its cellar at this time, and I am sure the 1982 is undrinkable today as it smelled of rotten vegetables from barrel and when it was first bottled.
