Tasting notes
Made by Grant Coulter who was Mike Etzel’s right-hand man at Beaux Frères and is also head winemaker for Flâneur. This is his négociant label and this wine is from the Bednarik vineyard mainly. A recent wine of the week . Bright garnet. Fresh, direct, pure fruit. Juicy and a tad sweet but with a little zesty chewiness on the end. Long. (JR)

Vivid ruby-red. Intense red fruit, floral and baking spice scents, along with hints of musky earth and cola. Juicy raspberry, bitter cherry and botanical flavors show sharp detail and turn sweeter with air. The floral and spice notes repeat on a long, energetic finish that's given shape by subtle, well-knit tannins.
Medium ruby, the 2019 Pinot Noir Old Eight Cut features fragrant blueberries, blood orange, iodine and pipe tobacco with nuances of purple flowers. Intense and silky, the palate offers a plethora of bright, crunchy fruit and a long, perfumed finish.
A bright nose of red plums, wild berries, dried herbs and spices. Itâs medium-bodied with crunchy tannins. Juicy and plush with structure and bright acidity. Flavorful, vibrant finish. Drink or hold.
