Bright red. Explosively perfumed aromas of vivid, mineral-dominated redcurrant, strawberry and tangy blood orange; smells like Burgundy. Tangy red fruit flavors offer impressive clarity and flavor impact, with no excess weight. Fresh, precise and persistent on the strikingly sweet, clinging finish.
Deep ruby. Spicy, vanillin oak notes accompany jammy raspberry and blackberry on the nose, with additional complexity provided by a hint of lavender pastille. Round and creamy in texture, with impressively sweet, concentrated red fruit flavors tightening up on the back end. The tannins are soft and fully buffered by fruit, and the finish displays excellent focus and a lingering suggestion of tangy red berries.
