Hailed. Bright ruby. Big and beefy. Lots of ripe fruit here but it’s still delicate. Fine tannins. Very fresh and fern-like. (JR)

Established in 2011, Le Grappin is a micro-négociant based in Beaune run by Emma and Andrew Nielsen. Following an epiphany drinking a bottle of Domaine Dujac Clos de la Roche in 2006, Australia- born Nielsen gave up a highly successful career working in advertising to become a winemaker in Burgundy.
