Unfiltered. Good to see a wine like this with a bit of age on it available retail. Very cool, restrained, Côte d'Or sort of nose – a bit angular. Tense and lively with a chalky edge. Pretty classic. Better than many a Meursault – a very good Bourgogne Blanc. Drinking well now. A good choice for the connoisseur in search of a bargain. Possibly slightly too dry and austere for the casual drinker.
