The 2011 Auxey-Duresses literally resonates on the palate with gorgeous minerality and energy. Pear, white peach and intense saline notes jump from the glass in an Auxey that impresses for its energy, cut and focus.

(Roulot farms these old vines en metayage): Bright yellow. Musky reduction to the aromas of lemon cream and silex. Sweet pineapple flavor with an enticing sugar/acid snap. Good tangy wine with body.
