The Cazetiers is soft and sweet, ripe and alluring in 2022. There’s a richness here, with seamlessly ripe, smooth tannins, and a density of dark, bramble fruit, but there’s a bite of acidity and twist of crunchy redcurrant fruit on the finish that brings freshness. Balanced, concentrated, long and very, very good.
