WhistlePig 15 Year Old Single Cask # 31204 was hand-selected under the expert guidance of Pete Lynch, WhistlePig’s Master Distiller, during a visit to the award-winning, Vermont-based rye whiskey producer. After sampling over 30 different single casks, we were impressed by the vanilla, hot cinnamon, brandied cherries and charred oak notes in this whiskey. There are very pleasant light spice, soft oak and clove notes on the palate from the time spent in American and Vermont oak. Only 132 bottles of this remarkable rye whiskey exist.
