Wonderful creaminess on the nose, hints of citrus and sweetness with a little rosemary and thyme, a hint of tropicality and banana and that classic touch of agave. Incredibly smooth on the palate yet intense and round, white pepper leads followed by lime, apple and then into a little vanilla, coffee and chocolate. Plenty of length and flavour development as this opens out, the alcohol so well integrated and the palate so clean on the finish, hints of Turkish delight and nutty, dark chocolate, fresh, yet creamy and very nicely balanced. Dangerously moreish too, continues to evolve and dance around on the tongue. Outstanding and in a class of its own.
