100% Sauvignon Blanc. Part aged for 11 months in 500-litre French oak. Pale bright straw. Cool and neat with a refined smoky/catty nose. Really mouth-filling; lots of super-pure fruit. Lightly herbal finish. Slightly medicinal. Very well made. (JR)

100% Sauvignon. Some wine aged for 11 months in 500-litre French oak. Floral nose – very clean if not that complex. Quite rich on the palate and then just a little watery and simple on the end. Quite 'technical'. (JR)
