Tasting notes
Bright, quite pale with flecks of green. Struck match, hint of reduction and a touch of oak. Everything nicely in place, very fresh, minerals, freshly cut grass, green apple, lemon peel. Huge depth here, and whilst it has gained necessary weight to be drinking now, needs another few years to get fully up to speed and will easily evolve for another 5-10 years. Quite nervy acidity, this is a very exciting Vergers that will reward cellaring. Long wave of spice and nuts on finish, tell of more complexity to come with time. Fab.
