Score 90-92/100 · Drink 2018-2030, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Dec 2014
The 2013 Chambertin Grand Cru has a slightly meaty bouquet, one that is nicely defined, although I would have liked more fruit and intensity. It becomes noticeably earthier in character as it begins to open. The palate is medium-bodied with quite firm, grippy tannins with a pleasant saline finish that cuts away a little too swiftly for a Chambertin.
