Very honeyed nose. Apple flavours. Broad and slightly gingerbread on the nose. Still quite youthful and tight with massive acidity. Very salty finish. Still quite chewy. (JR)

Definite leesy quality on the nose – a sort of savoury, mealy style. A big step up in depth compared with the straight Soave. Still that classic nutty flavour but with fine citrus fruit and much more depth. Sour fresh finish. Empty glass smells really nutty. (JH)
