(Magnum at dinner – Egon Müller’s first-ever magnum bottling ) Quintessential mature Saar. Pale gold with honey on the palate yet great delicacy. Mature nose of burnt honey with a bracing, refreshing finish. Some lime, and no hurry to drink. (JR)
