Disgorged 2009. No dosage. A hoppy and herbal note jumps out of the glass, toffee apple and toasty notes, gunflint. Showing real richness as well as a crazy density on the palate, there is a spine of beautiful acidity and a yeasty note coming through on the butter-drenched finish. (AC)

Full-on, opulent nose. Very delicate and flattering though pretty full and almost sweet. Real texture. (JR)
